O Paquistão está entre os países com maior concentração de povos não alcançados do planeta. Dos 773 grupos étnicos identificados, a esmagadora maioria vive sem qualquer comunidade cristã estabelecida em sua própria língua e cultura, incluindo grandes povos como pashtuns, sindis, saraikis e baluches, que juntos somam dezenas de milhões de pessoas. A presença cristã histórica no país é pequena e concentrada em poucos grupos étnicos, deixando a vasta maioria da população praticamente sem acesso ao evangelho.
